Theory of relativity Planning timescales bear no resemblance to time scales in reality. Time scales in planning belong to another realm and dimension of time and space. It is akin to Einstein's theory of relative stupidity. For example a plan may say 'completed in three months' wheras to the people who exsit in the ' reality ' outside the dimensions of the project plan this is actually six light years of elapsed time.
