Kotter:

'..show how new approaches, behavior and attitude have helped improve Performance.'
'..ensure selection and promotion criteria underpin the new approach.'


Our TIP:
Ensure that feedback is given on people failing to follow procedures, make examples of them and sack them. In fact take the opportunity to sack anybody you don't like, or anybody that remotely looks as though they may disagree with you and claim they are victims of change. Also when selecting new staff ensure they fit in with new 'company' standards.
