Completely exhausted, I finally reached the top of another steep hill.  There stood Paul with his camera in his hands.  "Nice of the Indonesians to have built so many panoramas alongside the Trans-Sumatra highway", he joked.  Paul is a superb cyclist who never needs rest stops – yet he does take "photo stops".....
