A partnership between the publisher/editor of Cambridge Journals Online (CJO) and the European Cetacean Society (ECS) on providing access to special marine mammal issues of the Journal of the Marine Biological Association of the United Kingdom (JMBA) has been accomplished. The value of this partnership is to emphasize research conducted by European marine mammalogists, expand the topics of publication to include field and laboratory studies, increase participation by European scientists in the review of articles for the journal and provide a larger membership base to support expansion of the journal.
