Rio Ara
Vanaf de Ordesa kan de tocht worden voortgezet door het dal van de Rio Ara, richting San Nicolas de Bujaruelo (1538 m, 3 uur vanuit Torla)). Vanuit Bujaruelo zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden: volg deze tot waar de Rio Ara ontspringt, net onder de Vignemale. Het is ook mogelijk om het dal uit te klimmen richting Port de Boucharo, en verder naar Gavarnie (5 uur vanuit Bujaruelo), of naar het noorden af te buigen het dal van de Sandaruelo in.
From Ordesa one might continue one's journey through the Rio Ara valley, heading for San Nicolas de Bujaruelo (1538 m 3 hrs from Torla). From Bujaruelo there are various possibilities: head along the Rio Ara, as far as to reach the point where it takes its rise, below the slopes of the Vignemale. It is also possible to leave the valley and head for the Port de Boucharo, and from there to Gavarnie (5 hrs from Bujaruelo), or to go north, entering the Sandaruelo valley.
