SKILLS: FourFish is the Grasslanders' foremost fisher,and can make even the smallest catch into a mouthwatering dish; she is also the tribe's midwife.

CLOTHING: Sea-foam green body-suit of torn antelope hide; headpiece of thick leather,in the shape of two dolphins touching snouts; recently added a pair of leather swimming foot-fins since settling at WindShaper's Holt.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: FourFish's most obvious feature is her incredebly long hair,wich falls like a shining cloak down to her knees.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
The elf-woman first named FallMantle for her knee-length cascade of honey-colored hair is the progenitoress of the Grasslanders' fishing methods. Before her time,many of the elves sickened or died because they tried--in desperate hunger--to eat dead or dying fish washed up on the riverbank,when land-bound prey was scarce. Fresh,healthy fish in such lean times was needed,but wading or swimming into the river to try to catch them barehanded was out of the question...the fierce undercurrent could easely sweep away a feather-light elf. FallMantle got the notion to make a hook out of bone from watching river-hawks snatch fish with their powerful,curving talons. She strung her invention on a length of slim but strong rope,and loaded it with a chunk of meat to both lure the wetfins and disguise the hook itself. Then she tested it...and caught four fine, great fish that first day. She renamed herself FourFish for that achievement,justifiably proud. Even moreso than her owl-eyed sister SnapRack,FourFish is a lighthearted imp,rarely seen without a smiler or at least a smirk. FourFish recently bonded with SplashTwists since the Grasslanders settled to WindShaper's Holt seaside territory. She loves the immenseness and power of the ocean more than she ever loved her Warren's river,and loves to swim in waves with NetMonns,or raft with him in a vessel made of plateau-back's (turtle) carapace.
